Aljack Investments, Inc was founded by Mitchell Zamost & Steve DeGraff in 1996 with one building in Bucktown here in Chicago. Aljack is firmly devoted to providing expert professional property management and maintenance, Aljack offers residential apartments that they can be proud of. My girlfriend and I moved to Chicago from Scottsdale Arizona because we were relocated and needed a place right away. We called Aljack and the owner was extremely accommodating and nice and took the time to show us the units that they own around the city.

Unless your lease says differently, rent is due on the first of each month. Please make sure to schedule your online payment or send your check a couple days before the first of the month to make sure it arrives on time.
Aljack accepts Chase Quick pay/Zelle. You can use the e mail [email protected] to make monthly rental payments, move in and pet fees.
All checks should be made payable to "Aljack Investments, Inc". Send any checks to 4055 W Peterson Ave Suite 205, Chicago IL, 60646. For your convenience, you can also pay rent online through Chase Quick Pay which you do not need to be Chase Customer. Please contact the office for details.
